Decorative screw sleeve KP-PC03D (UT-C05P) – how to choose the right one
KP-PC03D, also listed as UT-C05P, is a PVC sleeve belonging to the KP-PC03 decorative screw family. It maintains the spacing in the joint and separates the metal shank from the edge of the hole in the component being fixed.
Two part numbers for one item are occasionally a source of confusion when ordering. If UT-C05P appears in the documentation, it is the same component – quoting either designation is enough.
The sleeve counts towards the screw length. On the KP-PC03A the shank is twenty millimetres long, and how much of it is left for the thread depends precisely on the height of the sleeve, which is why the two parts are selected together.

Will PVC withstand cleaning with hot water?
PVC copes with routine cleaning, but it softens at high temperatures and does not tolerate strong solvents. Where steam cleaning is used, it is worth agreeing on a different material before ordering.
Why does this item have two part numbers?
The manufacturer lists it in parallel under two numbering systems. It is one and the same sleeve, not two variants to choose between.
