Sensor holder KP-AC-1083 – how to choose the right one
The KP-AC-1083 sensor holder is a grey polypropylene part that fixes the sensor at a designated point in the appliance. It keeps it where the measurement makes sense.
A sensor hanging loose is the most common cause of odd readings. A sensor touching the wall shows the wall temperature, not the air temperature, so the controller responds to something other than it should.
The plastic matters here for the measurement as well. Polypropylene does not draw heat from the structure the way a metal clamp does, so the fixing itself does not disturb what the sensor is meant to measure.
