What technical parameters does the KZ-MA sink unit have?

Made from AISI 304 (1.4301) acid-resistant steel, hot-pressed with vibro finishing, with a 1½" drain as standard, 1.0 mm sheet thickness and a plain rim. Available in left- or right-hand versions (to be specified when ordering), and on request also without a drain.

Why is the KZ-MA sink unit deep-drawn rather than welded?

Deep drawing eliminates any weld seams inside the basin, completely removing the risk of seam cracking and dirt build-up in the corners. This improves hygiene (HACCP) and the structure's strength.

How does the KZ-MA rim make installation easier?

The precisely profiled, stable rim (flange) allows the sink unit to be welded into the worktop quickly and cleanly (for example, by TIG or laser welding), which, once ground down, creates a seamless, monobloc work surface.
