Construction

Insulated refrigeration and freezer doors consist of a body made of coated or polyester lacquered steel sheet, stainless steel sheet or plastic. The outer part is usually separated from the inner part by a plastic profile, the purpose of which is to eliminate thermal bridges. Magnetic gasket is installed in the PVC profile to ensure tightness between the inner chamber and the outer part. Door panel is filled with internal insulation made with polyurethane foam under high pressure. Standard refrigerated or freezer doors are equipped with a handle, magnetic gasket, lock and hinge. Durable construction of the refrigerated door ensures trouble-free operation for many years.

Where are insulated doors used?

Insulated refrigeration doors are used in refrigerated furniture such as counters, refrigerated display cases, catering refrigeration and freezer tables. In addition, glass sliding refrigeration doors and hinged refrigeration doors are used in refrigerated cabinets that are placed inside shops.

Insulated doors with larger dimensions and equipped with a safety lock are used for the construction of freezer and cold rooms. The sandwich panels from which the cold and freezer rooms are constructed provide excellent cold insulation and high energy efficiency.

Installation of refrigerated doors is easy and doesn’t require special installation equipment regardless of the door model (sliding doors, hinged doors, insulated doors).
