Versatility – the same mechanism is used for flat (6 mm glass) and curved glass alike. It is fitted with gas struts proven at high temperatures, small hinges for a minimalist look, and an anodised aluminium finish (black anodising available on request).
Gas struts allow even heavy tempered glass to be lifted without effort, and the glass stays securely in the open position. Free access to every corner of the display case makes cleaning easier and helps maintain HACCP standards.
In patisserie and bakery display cases (where the display changes several times a day), meat and deli counters (where hygiene is a priority and glass is washed daily), and in self-service buffets, where it makes service easier.
