Creating compact monobloc units is a process that requires extreme precision, engineering expertise and rigorous testing. By watching our video, you will trace the key steps in the creation of the unit:

  1. Precision assembly of components: You will see how we combine the heart of the system (compressor) with efficient heat exchangers (evaporator and condenser) and energy-efficient fans with attention to detail.
  2. Soldering and checking for leaks: Freon systems don’t tolerate compromise. We demonstrate the process of professional copper pipe brazing and pressure leak testing to ensure no leaks in the future.
  3. Refrigerant filling: The process of safely and extremely accurately dispensing environmentally friendly refrigerants (such as propane R290).
  4. Rigorous quality control (End-of-Line): Every refrigeration monoblock that leaves our production line is commissioned and subjected to rigorous testing of thermodynamic and electrical parameters.
