Use of acid-resistant stainless steel

The AISI 304 (1.4301) grade guarantees that the steel is low-carbon and contains a significant amount of chromium. An invisible layer of chromium oxide protects the unit against corrosion.
Product finish – additional information
The bowls are pressed cold or hot. Depending on the pressing method, the bowls can have a matt finish or an electropolished one. We particularly recommend the former, matt-finished bowls, to every user and customer looking for an aesthetically matching product. Catering table tops are most often made of ground steel, so they blend perfectly with matt-finished bowls. Such bowls suit any kitchen better.

Catering sinks with a drainer
For customers looking for a ready-made semi-finished product, catering sinks are the right solution. We make them to strictly defined standards and form the necessary pressed grooves that act as a drainer.
Sink units suit every kitchen. There are many configurations to choose from, differing in the number of bowls and in the drainer and the side on which it is located. Available options include single bowls with a drainer on the left or right, double bowls with a drainer on one side, and double bowls with drainers on both sides. These solutions eliminate the problem of water standing on the drainer. A pressed drainer drains water better because it flows straight into the sink bowl. Versions without a drainer, with one or two bowls, are also available.
Catering sinks have a pressed water rim. This is a far more hygienic solution than bent worktops with welded-in bowls. Rounded rims are much easier to clean.
Models with a special water rim – Schwallrand – are also available. Here, in addition to catering sinks, you can also opt for weld-in sink bowls with a Schwallrand drip rim. The drip rim makes it easier to keep the area clean and to drain water away. Compared with a standard bowl, it sits at a different level from the worktop. This makes it easy to wipe liquid off the worktop around the bowl.
