Made from MVQ silicone, an operating range of -40 to 180°C, UL 94 HB flammability rating, hardness of 80±5 ShA, black RAL 9017 colour, resistance to weathering and UV, and compliance with FDA / PZH / BfR / REACH / RoHS. The gaskets are vulcanised to the customer's specification.
For heating appliances: combi steam ovens and baking ovens, bain-maries and banquet trolleys, heated cabinets and hot-display units, plate warmers, and commercial dishwashers exposed to hot water and chemicals.
It stays flexible over a wide temperature range without hardening or cracking, resists hot fat and aggressive detergents (no swelling), has a smooth, hygienic surface (HACCP), and has excellent shape memory, ensuring constant pressure against the frame.
