WHY INJECTION MOLDING?

HOW DOES THE PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS WORK?

The injection molding process is multi-stage. Particularly important in this processing method is the correct execution of the mold and the selection of plastic material in the form of granules, which will allow achieving the desired technical and visual properties of the produced components.

  • structural strength (e.g., adjustable leg SR-4RN with a maximum load of 400 kg – value given for 3 pieces),
  • ease of assembly (e.g., leg inserted into a profile or a click-type handle) are also extremely important.
