In brief

Bending is carried out on CNC bending machines; mandrels inside the pipe prevent it from flattening on the bends, so the flow of refrigerant remains undisturbed.
We work with refrigeration-grade copper, stainless steel AISI 304 and 316, and aluminium – each of these materials corresponds to a different group of applications in refrigeration and catering.
Besides bending, we offer burr-free cutting (no swarf that could damage the compressor), end-forming – expanding, flaring and reducing diameters – and brazing under a protective atmosphere.
Repeatability does not depend on batch size: every part leaving the CNC machine is identical, whether you order 100 or 10,000 pieces.
For a quote on series production, it is enough to send the technical design – CAD files or 3D drawings.

The bending and processing of tubes is carried out using a CNC bending machine, allowing for consistent and precise bending according to provided specifications.

What materials does AiFO machine and bend on CNC bending machines?

Refrigeration-grade copper (the standard for refrigerant circuits, with internal cleanliness maintained), stainless steel AISI 304/316 (sanitary installations, water lines) and aluminium (lightweight heat exchangers). Bending is carried out to 2D and 3D specifications.
