Jednym z najprostszych sposobów jest zamocowanie go do powierzchni rury, gdzie kabel należy owijać wokół niej lub zamocować go na całej długości rury przy pomocy kleju, spinek lub uchwytów. Underfloor heating
Przewód grzewczy montowany jest w podłożu. Na wierzch układa się podłogę według preferencji klienta (płytki, panele, itp.). Następnie do instalacji wpina się zasilanie. Zarówno w przypadku kabla jak i maty, do zestawu polecany jest sterownik do ogrzewania podłogowego (GK-CNTR1001) oraz panel do sterownika ogrzewania podłogowego (GK-CNTR1000). Zestaw pozwala łatwo kontrolować temperaturę. Produkt ten jest łatwy w obsłudze.
Ground frost protection
The heating cable is installed between the cooling chamber and the ground. This protects ground against freezing, which also protects floor in the cold store and its entire structure.
Pipe protection
Kabel grzewczy służy do zabezpieczania rur i zaworów przed zamarzaniem. Znajduje zastosowania nawet w przypadku dużych instalacji. Duży rurociąg, rury o normalnej średnicy, małe rurki – wszystkie te elementy oprócz własnej izolacji, czyli np. pianki polietylenowej, potrzebują dodatkowego zabezpieczenia, gdy są narażone na działanie ujemnych temperatur. Ogrzewając konstrukcję eliminujemy wilgoć i zapobiegamy rozwijaniu się pleśni w narożnikach, za meblami oraz innych wrażliwych miejscach.
The use of heating cables in devices, in order to eliminate thermal bridges is closely related to the use of various types of profiles. Heating cable length
Długość przewodu grzewczego jest ściśle powiązana z miejscem, w którym będziemy go wykorzystywać. Zaletą wielu modeli przewodów silikonowych jest możliwość wyboru szpuli kabla o konkretnej długości (100, 250 , 400 lub 500 m) lub docięcia na wskazaną długość przewodu grzewczego zgodnie z wytycznymi. W przypadku kabli grzewczych zapobiegających zamarzaniu z termostatem do wyboru są krótsze długości (np. 1 m + 1 m, 2 m + 1 m, 4 m + 1 m).
Wires in the spool have contact points every 500 mm, so they may only be cut in these points. Cutting cable in the wrong place will damage it.
Length of the power cord and the working length, i.e. cold and heating part, may differ from model to model. However, it’s possible to specify length of the power cord.
An example of an antifreeze heating cable with thermostat a 2 m + 1 m has a 2 m heating section and a 1 m cold section.
Insulation thickness
Heating cables with and without a built-in thermostat, differ from each other in cable diameter and insulation thickness. Thicker insulation allows the cable to be used outside of livestock, industrial and gastronomic buildings.
