Structural profiles, refrigeration door gaskets and magnets

Welded magnetic gaskets, gasket profiles and magnetic inserts, silicone gaskets and other sealing profiles. We weld gaskets to the dimensions given by the customer: the corners come out in one piece, without mechanical joints that open up at low temperature.

PVC thermal break profiles in two families: cabinet body profiles and profiles for solid insulated doors. The PU-K2 set holds the polyurethane insulation at a constant thickness from 40 to 120 mm and creates mounting bases for heaters, cables and hinges.

Profiles for glass doors and lids, bottom and hinged profiles, glass handles, plus four opening systems: LS-071, LS-078, LS-080 and LS-S710 with a drop lock. Mechanism and profiles are supplied as one set, matched to the pane thickness and the weight of the leaf.

Four lifting systems for flat glass: LS-071, LS-078, LS-080 and LS-S710 with a drop lock. Gas springs lift even a heavy toughened pane and hold it open, and the LS-080 system handles both flat and curved glass with the same mechanism.

Price rails and other finishing profiles for shelving fronts and refrigerated furniture. We extrude them at RefPlast, in the length and colour agreed for the customer's production run.
