Copper tube, capillary, fitting and valve make up the pipework that ties the compressor to the condenser and the evaporator, and its run has to fit inside a build designed earlier. We match the tube to the diameter of the connections and the pressure of the refrigerant, the capillary to the pressure drop required, the filter and the service valve to the diameter of the line. A part bent to the customer's drawing arrives cut to length and ready for brazing, in a repeatable batch agreed at implementation.

How to choose
Copper tube for refrigeration differs from plumbing tube in its internal cleanliness and the way it is packed – the coils are capped so that no moisture or contamination gets inside. An open coil that has been lying around the shop floor can introduce water into the circuit, and water combined with oil forms acids that destroy the compressor.
Refrigeration fittings means service valves, filter driers, accumulators and liquid receivers. They are chosen for the refrigerant and for the maximum working pressure – with new-generation refrigerants the pressures are often clearly higher than in installations from years ago.
Bending tubes to a drawing is a service, not a shelf product. Instead of assembling the pipework from elbows and brazed joints, you get a finished length with repeatable geometry – fewer joints means fewer places where a leak can appear. In series production it also saves assembly time.
